At The Pilates Place, we’ve created a space where you can feel comfortable working toward your health — wherever you’re starting from. You’ll find a non-competitive community of friendly, real people and thoughtfully planned classes that feel more like an experience than a workout. The time flies, and with no mirrors in the studio, you can focus on how your body feels rather than how it looks.

We help your body feel stronger and more comfortable so everyday life moves a little easier and the things you love stay part of your routine.

Our community of just 10 students is non-competitive, friendly and some might even call it “fun”.

Getting started is easy

New to Pilates?

If you’re just getting started, you’re in the right place. We’ll begin with a 50-minute introductory private session where you can get comfortable on the reformer and learn some foundational movements at your own pace. Afterward, we’ll help guide you toward the classes that feel like the best fit for you.

Already have Pilates experience?

Wonderful — we’d love to have you! You’re welcome to join any of our classes, and we’ll help you find the ones that suit you best.
