At The Pilates Place, we believe in the power of choice. You can take any class on the schedule and be challenged in just the right way. Whether you are a newcomer or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, we show options for every exercise and you can choose which option is best for you. We promise to make every class both enjoyable and fulfilling for everyone - regardless of where you are in your Pilates journey.

Private Session
People who require assistance with the equipment throughout class or need modifications for many exercises will be served best with our 1:1 instruction. If you’re seeking post-rehabilitation from injury or illness or are looking to pick up where physical therapy left off, these sessions are perfect to help you regain and retrain the function of your muscles and joints.
Duet Session
Looking to workout with a friend or partner? These sessions are for two people to share if you have similar goals or are around the same fitness level.

Privates: $95 each or Package of 4 is $360
Duets: $60 per person
